Congratulations to our 2026 Travel Award Recipients!
Travel awards for 2027 ASPEN Nutrition Science & Practice Conference in Chicago, Illinois February 13-16are outlined below. Applications will be available Friday, July 27.
The goal of travel awards are to provide clinicians with educational opportunities to further their knowledge of nutrition support, enhance their skills, and network with colleagues and experts from around the world.
ICU Dietitians Travel Award
This travel award is designed to provide education and training to four (4) current registered dietitians who have a focus in critical care. This award will allow recipients a space to network specifically with peers in their area of practice, to grow their knowledge base, and increase their awareness of ASPEN and how it might support their practice and career.
Grant recipients receive recognition at a section forum and up to $2,000 in reimbursement funds. Funds include in-person registration for ASPEN27.* Remaining reimbursement funds may be used for the following eligible expenses:
- Four nights lodging at an ASPEN-contracted hotel.
- Travel costs (including airfare, ground transportation, and meals)
- ASPEN membership fee (for new members)*

This travel award is designed to provide education and training to one (1) current nurse or nurse practitioner who has a focus in clinical care. This grant will allow the recipient a space to network specifically with peers in critical care, to grow their knowledge base, and increase their awareness of ASPEN and how it might support their practice and career.
Grant recipients receive recognition at a section forum and up to $2,000 in reimbursement funds. Funds include in-person registration for ASPEN27.* Remaining reimbursement funds may be used for the following eligible expenses:

Grant recipients receive recognition at the Pediatric Section Forum and up to $2,000 in reimbursement funds. The maximum award amount of $2,000 includes ASPEN27 registration* and Pediatric Preconference Course registration.* Remaining reimbursement funds may be used for the following eligible expenses:
