Prize Drawing Rules
Weekly prize drawings will be held on September 16, 23, 30, and October 7, 14, 21.
ASPEN members and non-members who have registered for the main in-person conference.
The earlier you register, the more chances you’ll have to win a prize. There are 6 weekly prize drawings. Each week starts on a Wednesday and ends at 11:59 PM ET on the following Tuesday. The drawing will take place the next Wednesday.
Mailed or faxed registrations will be included in the weekly prize drawing corresponding to the date they are entered into the registration system.
Winners will be announced on ASPEN’s social media channels and on this webpage on the Wednesday following the end of each week.
The winner’s first name, last initial, and city and state/province/country will be used to announce the winner.
ASPEN staff, ASPEN Board of Directors, and ASPEN Rhoads Research Foundation Board of Directors are ineligible to participate.
All prizes are non-transferable, no cash equivalent will be offered, and no cash back will be provided if the full value is not redeemed.
