Q: What if I cannot attend all of the program sessions?
A: All of the sessions will be posted in the eLearning Center of the ASPEN website within 3 business days after the session ends. You will be able to access the session recordings in the eLearning Center for one year. If you cannot participate live in any of the sessions, you can view the recording any time you like within the one year timeframe.
Q: Can I claim CE credit if I miss a session?
A: CE credits cannot be claimed for missed sessions. In order to claim CE credit, you must attend the original live broadcast.
Q: Is access to the program recordings included in the registration price?
A: Yes. Course registration includes access to all session recordings. No additional purchase is required to view the session recordings after the conclusion of the program.
Q: How are CE credits calculated?
A: CE credits are calculated per session attended. However, please note that you must attend the original live broadcast in order to claim CE credit for a session. Example #1: If you cannot attend one two hour session, you can only claim 12 CE credits. Example #2: If you miss two 1.5 hour sessions, you can only claim 11 CE credits.
Q: What is the time zone for the program?
A: All times listed are for U.S. Eastern Time zone.
Q: Can I purchase the program at a later date if I cannot attend any of the sessions?
A: Recordings of the course will be available for purchase after the entire program has concluded. Please also consider some of the other study resources that won’t require you to be on the computer at a certain time.
